Vanessa (Van) Partridge can't imagine that anyone would guess she wonders what having sex would be like, let alone that she has fantasies about her brother's friend, Darith. But everything changes over the summer holidays when Van explores here independence through her friendship with long-time summer friend Kelsey and her attraction to environmental activist Bodhi and by rebelling against her wealthy father.
